SOFTWARE ENGINEERINGI design ecosystems. Not isolated systems.
Not isolated systems.
I develop custom ecosystems and articulate third-party platforms.
I integrate artificial intelligence to break information isolation.
The result is a completely friction-free flow of commercial, operational, and analytical data.

Modbex is the multitenant suite developed by Hernán Villalba Muzzin to integrate sales, projects, knowledge, automation, omnichannel, and analytics in a single architecture. More than software, it is a practical structure to organize the business, professionalize operations, and build sustainable standards.
Modbex is not born as generic software. It is born from Hernán Villalba Muzzin's experience in processes, management, design, operations, and technological transformation. It is conceived for environments where sales, budgets, production, tracking, and analytics coexist with too many breaking points.
Its multitenant architecture allows building solid, secure, and flexible environments for different companies or business units, maintaining operational independence and functional customization on a robust shared technological base.
A practical approach: what Modbex delivers in each area
Sales & Commercial
Budgets & Proposals
Projects & Traceability
External Partners & Collaborators
SOPs & Living Knowledge
Applied Artificial Intelligence
Client Care & Omnichannel
Analytics & Power BI
Training & Internal Development
Management & Continuous Improvement
CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT & INTEGRATION
Software architecture for the habitat sector.
I bring two decades of experience in the furniture and design industry to the development of digital architecture applied to business. I do not work from a generic software logic, but from a real understanding of how the showroom, technical office, factory, logistics, and installers operate. I design and develop custom systems, build APIs, integrate third-party platforms, and incorporate artificial intelligence and specialized agents to accelerate processes, automate critical tasks, assist the team, and improve operational decision quality. To achieve this, I work with a solid and scalable technological base: Next.js and React for the user experience, strict TypeScript and Node.js for business logic, PostgreSQL and Prisma for data integrity, Tailwind and Shadcn for clean interfaces, Python for automation, and Power BI to transform information into useful management visibility. My goal is clear: build the precise infrastructure so all areas operate with continuity, traceability, and a unified workflow.
Kitchen Studios
Custom systems connecting sales capture, proposals, technical validation, production, logistics, and installation. CRM tracking, budget version control, pre-manufacturing validation, and assembly issue portals.
Kitchen Studios
Practical example: An approved quote in the CRM automatically generates a technical validation ticket. Once approved, it extracts the bill of materials for the factory and books the installation schedule. Zero manual data reentry.
Interior Design Firms
Custom tools to centralize approvals, technical sheets, scope changes, purchasing tracking, schedules, and client communication. Eradicating dependence on email threads, WhatsApp, and scattered files.
Interior Design Firms
Practical example: A client portal where they approve a 3D render. This action locks the revision, triggers material purchase orders, and automatically updates the project Gantt chart. End of WhatsApp chaos.
Interior Architecture
Applications to organize revisions, log decisions, centralize technical documentation, track issues, and connect site progress with useful info for management and clients. Absolute traceability.
Interior Architecture
Practical example: Site inspection app. The architect photographs a deviation, pins it to the digital blueprint, and the system notifies the contractor with exact context and a deadline. Unalterable issue traceability.
External & Installer Management
Custom portals and workflows to assign tasks, share updated documentation, log progress, upload evidence, and report issues. Total operational visibility outside the office or factory.
External & Installer Management
Practical example: Web app for the installer. They check-in on site, verify the packing list, upload assembly photos, and capture the client's signature, instantly triggering the final invoice in the central ERP.
SOPs, Operational Knowledge, Communication & AI Agents
Living repositories of processes, SOPs, technical criteria, and AI-assisted answers. The team consults procedures and resolves doubts autonomously, turning internal knowledge into an operational tool.
SOPs, Operational Knowledge, Communication & AI Agents
Practical example: Internal bot. A new technician asks for the standard clearance, and the AI instantly returns the exact paragraph and diagram from the SOP. Interruptions to senior staff are eradicated.
Direction, Control & Profitability
Dashboards, analysis layers, and Power BI integrations for management to visualize deviations, margins, workloads, times, and issues. Clear reading of where profitability is lost without fragmented data.
Direction, Control & Profitability
Practical example: Dashboard cross-referencing logged design hours vs. the closed budget. Triggers an early warning if the project phase is eating the commercial margin before manufacturing even begins.
When design, technical, purchasing, production, site, and installation work disconnected, the company loses margin in silence. When everything operates on a coherent architecture, information stops getting in the way and starts pushing the business forward.
TECHNOLOGY ECOSYSTEM & PARTNERSHIP
The Architecture Stack.
Beyond custom development, I act as an Official Partner for management solutions, integrating consolidated platforms within an architecture that aligns with business operations. This way I combine proprietary software, standardised technology and solid implementation criteria to ensure traceability, stability and scalability without adding unnecessary complexity.
